1. How do I use Word Processing Software?
A: Actually, I use Microsoft word quite often. I prepare the lesson plans, create work sheets,
and set the exam papers via Microsoft word. In the end of the semester, I use Microsoft Excel
to calculate the scores for my students. Besides, sometimes when doing some presentation I
use very simple skills of Powerpoint.
2. How do my students use Word Processors?
A: Not many of my students interact with me by Word Processors. Some of them
finish their homework by using Microsoft, but most of them do their homework by
hand writing. A number of them have their own blogs. Also, some of them create
thanks cards and give it to me with some softwares and through internet.
3. What else would I like to do with WP - think in terms of student tools/
assessment as well as teacher productivity?
A: I think learning through the blog is a good idea. As a individual journal,
Students record what they learn, what they think, how they feel, what their
reflections are, and more, in blogs. They can even practice their writing, discuss
and exchange ideas in the special place.
I think that using blog in our teaching activities is a good way. I have created a class blog. Students all like to post their comments in the blog.
回覆刪除Blogs are so popular that almost every teacher and every student has his own blog. Through blogs students,techers,and even parents may interact more often and more easily,and get more feedback from each other. We're all bloggrs already, so let's keep up with the Information Age.
回覆刪除I am a little bit confused. Do Word processors include blog, Excel and Power Point? My perception of Word processor is different from yours. However, I love to read your articles, beccause they are fluent, smooth and clear. ^^

回覆刪除Word Processing is actually used for excel, powerpoint and blogging. Word Processing in not just a piece of computer software, it's an activity. A lot of people use a product (software) like Word to do the Word Processing then copy it to a blog or ppt.

I think use Database to record student's performance or score in every subject is a good idea. The Database is a useful tool for us.
